Observation in inner research is the main theme addressed in this third issue of AutoRicerca, with a long article written with particular attention to didactic aspects, where you will find a detailed account of the topics presented, both in theoretical and practical terms, during a specific workshop held at LAB in October 2011, which sought to integrate the ideas developed by various exponents of inner research and education.
