Zen Meditation

We all have the ability to touch the stillness and peace within. The breath is a tool available to all of us, which helps us return to ourselves and to the present moment to live better.

The practice, in the Zen tradition of Master Thich Nhat Hanh, takes place in the following way: short initial chant, guided meditation 25 min, walking meditation 5/6 min, silent meditation 25 min, reading and dharma sharing.

There are no prerequisites for the practice. For the less experienced, the necessary practical indications will be provided from time to time, for example relating to the posture or the breathing.

Language: Italian, English

Where is it: in the Sala Mammut of the LAB, in the spaces of Area 302, in via Cadepiano 18.

When: Weekly meetings, on Mondays, from 7pm to 9pm, all year round.

Contribution: 30 fr. per month.

Clothing: Soft and comfortable clothing.

NB: By her own choice, Samantha facilitates this practice without receiving personal gain. This explains the difference in the required contribution, compared to other LAB activities.
